Our organizational philosophy of developing players on and off the baseball field has never been truer or more important than with the 9u thru 12u players. At these ages players are sponges to learn the game from the mental and mechanical aspects.
It is imperative that our players have a positive experience on the field without the pressure of winning games. There is enough pressure for each player to perform and give his all, TCB makes sure that every player sets goals and puts in the work to obtain those goals.
Although knowing how to win(and lose) is an important part of every players’ development, at the younger ages it should not be the only thing. If we put a player in a positive atmosphere with quality coaches then winning will happen naturally.
